Rich Wilber
Rich Wilber began his career as an Employee Benefits Consultant in 2007. He later served as the Director of Compliance, providing technical guidance during the complex regulatory changes of the Affordable Care Act. In 2017, he joined a Pennsylvania insurance carrier as their Commercial Product Design Manager. In 2018, Rich founded Aperture Consulting and returned to the client-facing work that he loves.
Ashlee Swank
Ashlee Swank began her career in employee benefits in 2015. She joined Aperture in 2019 as a Client Services Specialist. Ashlee takes the lead in responding to customer inquiries, and resolving claims issues. She also supports large employer groups withoverall benefits administration, including enrollment support and billing reconciliation, as well as plan document maintenance and compliance filings.

Riley Hengler
Riley Hengler joined Aperture in 2021 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. Riley specializes in working with small and medium-sized employers. He is also the agency’s primary resources for individuals and families seeking health insurance through the Pennsylvania Marketplace. Prior to Riley’s work with Aperture, he worked in banking with small businesses, individual account service, and mortgage lending.
